Pasquale Stafano
Roots
A solo piano journey through memory, lyricism and musical identity.
Roots is not only a concert title, but a return to the musical sources that have shaped Pasquale Stafano's artistic voice: jazz, classical music and South American lyricism.
The Project
Roots in Piano Solo
Roots is not simply the theme of pianist and composer Pasquale Stafano's concert. It is a journey into the musical soul of an eclectic and refined artist, shaped by countless immersive encounters with jazz, classical and South American music.
Deeply inspired by composers and performers such as Astor Piazzolla, Egberto Gismonti, Bill Evans, Chick Corea and Esbjorn Svensson, Pasquale transforms these influences into an original and personal language.
His music is not a simple reinterpretation of what came before, but an innovative fusion of tradition, creativity and modernity: a tribute to his roots and a step toward the continuing evolution of his art.
