These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases made through the website www.pasqualestafano.it.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Products
The online shop sells physical music products, including sealed audio CDs.
Product descriptions, images, prices and availability are displayed on the relevant product pages.
Minor differences in colour, packaging or presentation may occur due to screen settings, production variations or updates made by the manufacturer.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros unless otherwise stated.
Shipping costs are included in the displayed product price.
Any customs duties, import taxes or charges imposed by the destination country are not included unless expressly stated and remain the responsibility of the customer.
4. Orders
The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during checkout is complete and accurate.
After the order is placed, the customer will receive an electronic confirmation containing the order details.
Receipt of the automated order confirmation does not prevent the seller from cancelling or refunding an order where:
- the product is unavailable;
- payment is not authorised;
- the order contains an evident pricing or technical error;
- fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected;
- delivery to the supplied address is not reasonably possible.
If an order cannot be accepted, any payment received will be refunded through the original payment method.
5. Payment
Payments are processed through PayPal.
Payment information is processed directly by PayPal in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.
The seller does not normally receive or store the customer’s complete payment credentials.
6. Preparation and dispatch
Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 2–3 business days after successful payment.
Orders are normally shipped through Poste Italiane.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, postal service, customs procedures, public holidays and circumstances outside the seller’s reasonable control.
7. International orders
The shop accepts orders from Italy and other countries.
For deliveries outside Italy, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the products may lawfully be imported into the destination country.
Customs duties, import VAT, handling fees or similar charges imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
8. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal, where applicable, within 14 days from the date on which they, or a third party designated by them, acquire physical possession of the goods.
No reason is required.

After completing the form, the consumer must select “Confirm withdrawal”. A confirmation email containing the submitted declaration and the date and time of submission will be sent to the email address provided.

After communicating the withdrawal, the consumer must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal was communicated.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, except where the product supplied was incorrect, defective or damaged.
The customer is advised to use a traceable shipping method and retain proof of dispatch.
10. Condition of returned goods
The consumer is responsible only for any diminished value resulting from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Returned products should be securely packaged and include sufficient information to identify the relevant order.
11. Sealed audio recordings
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio recordings once the seal has been opened after delivery, where this exception is permitted by applicable consumer law.
This exception does not affect the customer’s rights where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with the contract.
12. Refunds
Where the right of withdrawal is validly exercised, the seller will refund the payments received for the returned goods through the original payment method.
The refund will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the seller is informed of the withdrawal.
The seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods are received or until the consumer provides evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Additional costs resulting from a delivery method specifically chosen by the customer that is more expensive than the standard method offered by the seller are not refundable.
13. Incorrect, damaged or defective products
The customer should contact the seller as soon as possible if a product arrives:

- defective;
- incomplete;
- different from the product ordered.
The customer may be asked to provide the order number, a description of the problem and photographs reasonably necessary to assess the issue.
Where the complaint is justified, the seller will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law, which may include replacement, price reduction or refund.

Consumers benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable law.
The legal guarantee applies independently of the right of withdrawal.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights.
